Tavrida Electric at Enegretab ‘18

The 31st edition of the International Power Industry Fair, ENERGETAB 2018, was held in Bielsko-Biała, a city in southern Poland, between the 11th and 13th September 2018. ENERGETAB is the most important marketing event for representatives of the power sector in Poland. This year 712 exhibitors participated in the fair. The booths covered an area of over 35,000m2 in a multifunctional hall with tent pavilions and adjacent business platforms.

The subjects at this year’s fair mainly concentrated on:

• The electrotechnical industry in its broadest sense
• Generation, distribution and transmission of electrical power and heat
• Electronics and IT and their usage in the power industry

This year, Tavrida Electric showcased the REZIP system. This system provides network automation. REZIP implemented in Rec25 reclosers enables the creation of autonomous systems which identify earthing faults, isolate the fault locations and apply a backup power supply to those customers who are not directly affected by the failure.

Potential customers showed great interest in the flourishing relationship and experience developed between Tavrida Electric Polska and TAURON DYSTRYBUCJA S.A. during the initial phase of the newly installed REZIP system, launched by the company at the beginning of 2018.

A particularly important element of the system’s promotion was an article about REZIP that was published in a magazine and distributed during the fair. 1500 copies were given to visitors and, thanks to that, information about REZIP reached a much wider range of customers.

In our opinion, the ENERGETAB fair was a very successful and enjoyable event. The Tavrida Electric team will look forward to seeing you again next year!
