Enterprise Estonia (EAS) supports Tavrida Electric Export AS in digital diagnostics EU53577 "Organization diagnostics and improvement project".
The objective is to find possible ways to increase company profitability through the quality of the product design process and organizational management methods improvements and identify possibilities of supporting it by digitalization opportunity.
