Outdoor Switching Modules (OSM)

OSMs utilize indoor switching modules inside a dead tank, made of corrosion proof, powder coated aluminium. Three out of six bushings are equipped with built-in current transformers. All OSMs use a unique patented solid insulation system. OSMs are designed for use as automatic circuit reclosers on overhead distribution lines as well as outdoor circuit breakers in distribution substation applications for voltages up to 27kV when installed together with the designated control module. Autoreclosers OSM

Tavrida Electric offers a new range of OSM vacuum autoreclosers based on the application of its own outdoor switching modules and recloser control cubicles. This autorecloser makes full use of the advantages of TEL outdoor switching modules enhanced with the application of a unique combined voltage and current sensor providing accurate measurements of six voltages and four currents (3 phase + residual). Recloser control cubicle uses powerful microprocessor to support protection and communication functionality suitable for radial and ring feeders for various types of neutral earthing:
