The new TEL-SMART 38kV circuit breaker drew interest together with its recloser test system ITS-02 for testing recloser settings and faults under realistic conditions. The 15kV and 27kV reclosers were exhibited with the SEL 351 control interface (651R also possible). Tavrida Electric also showed its ultra fast one cycle interrupter which compatible to common arc flash relays such as SEL 751 and VAMP.
